My initial visit when I met the friendly staff, I received a complimentary dermabrasion and had Dr. Ursel explain what treatments could improve the condition of my skin by removing age spots, evening skin tone, smoothing texture and even reducing wrinkles; in fact, providing a more youthful appearance. I have always received courteous, friendly professional service and have been very pleased with the improvement to my skin as a result of a combination of laser treatments, chemical peels and dermabrasion. Having a large vein procedure, I appreciated walking out of the office, not being in a hospital, awake through the procedure, recovery fast and painless. Didn't lose any time from my job. They always explained what they were doing.

After a consultation with a Toronto vascular surgeon, I was advised that surgical ligation and stripping was too risky at my age. Fortunately, I learned that EVLT procedure by Dr. Ursel could safely remove varicose veins. Dieting and exercise were not changing areas of my body. I was not happy with certain areas of my body. The office was clean and has friendly staff. I am a woman reaching her fifties, and was wanting a facelift, but not wanting the major Facelift involving cutting and major downtime. I had a little Restylane in my lip area and discussed the "Thread Lift" option with Dr. Ursel. After I viewed some pictures and had an in-depth discussion with Dr. Ursel; I had made my decision...1/2 the cost of a major facelift, - only a couple days of down-time! I was awake for this procedure- absolutely no pain!!! And I was done in an hour! I was totally amazed. I had 4 threads put in-targeting at my cheeks and lifting the forehead, eye area...I was SO Happy with the results that I went back and we put 2 more in the lower jaw line. I am forever grateful, and oh...so smiley...I look and feel 35.

Thread Lift
The Thread Lift made an incredible difference to my face. It made me look so much younger. The procedure was virtually painless.

I feel it very important to write this letter in regards to my recent Liposuction. Wow what it has done for me. I expected good results but never imagined I could have my stomach look this flat! I wish I had done it years sooner. Please feel free to use my pictures for yourself to promote this treatment -they show a spectacular difference.

I suppose money was the issue, but when I think of all the unnecessary things we purchase in life to make us happy and put off doing things for ourselves, it just makes no sense. I realize this now, as I have spent a good 20 years feeling so self conscious of my tummy bulges and to have that taken away so fast and painlessly gives me a whole new lease on life. I dress differently, no more baggy clothes to hide myself. I can wear anything I wish now and feel so much better about myself. Sure, I still need to work on losing more in other areas, but before this, it seemed hopeless no matter how hard I tried and I gave up. With the bulges gone it will take no time to whip myself into shape with the great start you have given me. I have to say it was the most meaningful, beneficial purchase I have ever made.

Yourself and your staff made the experience very comfortable and painless. I wish to commend you on everyone in your office. You have obviously selected them yourself as their nature and personalities all reflect yours: caring, kind, personable, friendly and cheerful! With a big highlight on the caring.
